Requirements

Contribute within a fast-paced research environment supporting therapeutic areas including immunology, rare disease, and neuroscience.
Collaborate across cross-functional teams within the therapeutics modalities department.
Execute multi-step processes independently and proactively while communicating progress effectively through oral and written communication.
Enable efficient organization of reagents and studies, including documentation and data reporting activities.
Monitor protein reagent storage and distribution across the department.
Perform crystallization workflows or straightforward biophysical analysis workflows.
Support crystal storage and shipping activities.
Demonstrate diligence in equipment maintenance, inventory tracking, and proactive ordering of laboratory supplies.
Provide support for day-to-day laboratory management activities.
Contribute to general laboratory organization and adherence to laboratory safety best practices.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biochemistry or a related field.
1–2 years of relevant experience in an industrial and/or academic laboratory setting.
Strong collaborative skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated innovative problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple activities in parallel.
