Requirements
  • Contribute within a fast-paced research environment supporting therapeutic areas including immunology, rare disease, and neuroscience.
  • Collaborate across cross-functional teams within the therapeutics modalities department.
  • Execute multi-step processes independently and proactively while communicating progress effectively through oral and written communication.
  • Enable efficient organization of reagents and studies, including documentation and data reporting activities.
  • Monitor protein reagent storage and distribution across the department.
  • Perform crystallization workflows or straightforward biophysical analysis workflows.
  • Support crystal storage and shipping activities.
  • Demonstrate diligence in equipment maintenance, inventory tracking, and proactive ordering of laboratory supplies.
  • Provide support for day-to-day laboratory management activities.
  • Contribute to general laboratory organization and adherence to laboratory safety best practices.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biochemistry or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in an industrial and/or academic laboratory setting.
  • Strong collaborative skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated innovative problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple activities in parallel.
