Required Skills:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a technical writer or document specialist
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to ask qualifying questions and follow up effectively to gather comprehensive information
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, Salesforce, and PowerPoint; Windchill experience is a plus
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience working within the healthcare or medical device industry
- Familiarity with process mapping tools and techniques
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred; however, an associate degree combined with relevant work experience will also be considered
