As an individual contributor, you will leverage your technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and industry knowledge to deliver solutions that meet stakeholder needs and advance our company's mission.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and support cross-disciplinary engineering projects, ensuring seamless integration and alignment across teams.
  • Translate stakeholder requirements and clinical use cases into clear, actionable design concepts and innovative solutions.
  • Develop and decompose system requirements, ensuring traceability and alignment with project goals.
  • Apply advanced systems engineering techniques, including architecture development, modeling, trade studies, simulation, and budgeting to optimize design outcomes.
  • Oversee system integration efforts, coordinating testing and validation activities to ensure design integrity.
  • Lead verification and validation processes, ensuring compliance with specifications and quality standards.
  • Collaborate closely with product development teams to ensure user needs are met throughout the design, development, and deployment phases.
  • Exercise independent judgment to make technical decisions, working autonomously to deliver results efficiently and effectively.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field; advanced degrees or extensive relevant experience are a plus.
  • Strong understanding of systems engineering principles, lifecycle processes, and industry standards.
  • Proven ability to apply technical expertise and judgment to solve complex problems independently.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.
  • Creative problem-solving skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to evolving project needs.
