Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support cross-disciplinary engineering projects, ensuring seamless integration and alignment across teams.
Translate stakeholder requirements and clinical use cases into clear, actionable design concepts and innovative solutions.
Develop and decompose system requirements, ensuring traceability and alignment with project goals.
Apply advanced systems engineering techniques, including architecture development, modeling, trade studies, simulation, and budgeting to optimize design outcomes.
Oversee system integration efforts, coordinating testing and validation activities to ensure design integrity.
Lead verification and validation processes, ensuring compliance with specifications and quality standards.
Collaborate closely with product development teams to ensure user needs are met throughout the design, development, and deployment phases.
Exercise independent judgment to make technical decisions, working autonomously to deliver results efficiently and effectively.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field; advanced degrees or extensive relevant experience are a plus.
Strong understanding of systems engineering principles, lifecycle processes, and industry standards.
Proven ability to apply technical expertise and judgment to solve complex problems independently.
Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.
