Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support cross-disciplinary engineering projects, ensuring seamless integration and alignment across teams.
- Translate stakeholder requirements and clinical use cases into clear, actionable design concepts and innovative solutions.
- Develop and decompose system requirements, ensuring traceability and alignment with project goals.
- Apply advanced systems engineering techniques, including architecture development, modeling, trade studies, simulation, and budgeting to optimize design outcomes.
- Oversee system integration efforts, coordinating testing and validation activities to ensure design integrity.
- Lead verification and validation processes, ensuring compliance with specifications and quality standards.
- Collaborate closely with product development teams to ensure user needs are met throughout the design, development, and deployment phases.
- Exercise independent judgment to make technical decisions, working autonomously to deliver results efficiently and effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field; advanced degrees or extensive relevant experience are a plus.
- Strong understanding of systems engineering principles, lifecycle processes, and industry standards.
- Proven ability to apply technical expertise and judgment to solve complex problems independently.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.
