Requirements
- Manage Supplier Change Notifications (SCN), including change impact assessments, internal and external communication, and change implementation.
- Manage material non-conformance investigations, including root cause investigations, risk assessments, and correction activities.
- Manage Supplier Corrective Action Reports (SCAR), including investigations, corrective actions, and verification of effectiveness (VOE).
- Manage supplier qualification, new material qualification, and receiving inspection procedure development for new product integration.
- Support supplier performance monitoring by creating performance scorecards.
- Manage continuous improvement activities and maintain supplier history file accuracy.
- Contribute to the development, establishment, and maintenance of supplier quality engineering methodologies, systems, and practices that meet company and regulatory requirements.
- Experience in Supplier Quality Engineering.
- Experience with supplier development, monitoring, improvement, and maintenance.
- Experience managing Supplier Change Notifications (SCN).
- Experience with material non-conformance investigations and root cause investigations.
- Experience managing Supplier Corrective Action Reports (SCAR).
- Experience with supplier qualification and new material qualification.
- Experience developing receiving inspection procedures for new product integration.
- Experience creating supplier performance scorecards.
- Experience with continuous improvement and maintaining supplier history files.
