Our client, a Fortune 500 medical device company, is seeking a Sr. SAP Security Analyst to support both ongoing operations and major SAP initiatives. This role will provide hands-on SAP Security support across SAP S/4, Fiori, SAP GRC, BTP, SSO integrations, and SAP cloud solutions, with approximately 50% of the work focused on project initiatives and 50% on day-to-day operational support. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on SAP Security experience and be comfortable working independently on service tickets, security configuration, and project work. This person will collaborate with the SAP Center of Excellence, project teams, and system implementers to support initiatives including SAP RISE and SAP Digital Manufacturing.

Responsibilities
- Architect, design, configure, and maintain SAP S/4 security solutions for critical business processes.
- Create and modify single, composite, and derived SAP S/4 roles.
- Configure and maintain SAP Fiori catalogs, spaces, and pages for Fiori-based roles.
- Provide hands-on administration of SAP GRC, including UAR, EAM, ARA, and ARM.
- Support SAP Security across S/4, BTP, SSO integrations, SAP GRC, and SAP cloud solutions.
- Support both incident/service ticket resolution and project-based security activities.
- Maintain, monitor, and update Segregation of Duties (SOD) policies and procedures.
- Partner with audit teams to support security benchmarks and audit requirements.
- Create and maintain SAP Security test scripts.
- Configure and maintain Fiori roles and OData services in compliance with SOD requirements.
- Provide technical support across SAP Security initiatives and maintain related documentation.
- Collaborate with the SAP COE, project teams, and system implementers.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Strong hands-on SAP Security experience; theoretical knowledge alone is not sufficient.
- Advanced experience creating and modifying SAP S/4 single, composite, and derived roles.
- Experience configuring SAP Fiori catalogs, spaces, and pages.
- Hands-on administration of SAP GRC, including UAR, EAM, ARA, and ARM.
- Experience with SAP Fiori roles and OData services and strong understanding of SOD rulesets and compliance.
- Experience supporting SAP Security across S/4, BTP, SSO integrations, GRC, and SAP cloud solutions.
- Experience supporting both SAP Security projects and incident/service tickets.
- Experience partnering with audit teams and maintaining security documentation and test scripts.
- Experience with SAP RISE and/or Digital Manufacturing is a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
