Summary

Our client, a Fortune 500 medical technology company, is seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to support their Global Regulatory Services organization. This individual will lead complex, cross-functional programs from planning through execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate has a strong background in program and project management, excels at collaborating across multiple business functions, and is comfortable presenting program updates to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Lead complex and high-impact programs within the Global Regulatory Services organization.
  • Develop, manage, and execute program plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
  • Establish, review, and own program charters while partnering with executive sponsors to define objectives and gain approval.
  • Monitor program progress, evaluate performance against goals, and adjust plans as needed to ensure successful delivery.
  • Identify program risks, resolve issues proactively, and minimize project delays.
  • Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams across multiple business units and project workstreams.
  • Lead program meetings, facilitate communication among stakeholders, and drive alignment across teams.
  • Develop presentations and provide regular program status updates to senior leadership.
  • Lead teams in developing sustainable processes and procedures that ensure long-term success of program outcomes.
  • Ensure projects are executed in accordance with the organization’s program management methodology and governance standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of program or project management experience.
  • Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource management skills.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
  • Experience managing risks, resolving issues, and driving projects to successful completion.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience presenting project updates and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Experience supporting regulatory, compliance, or highly regulated environments is preferred.
  • PMP certification or other project management certification is a plus.
