Requirements
  • Conduct fundamental and applied scientific research to support the development, improvement, and evaluation of clinical products, technologies, processes, and systems.
  • Design, execute, and analyze research activities to generate data that supports product development and clinical research objectives.
  • Interpret scientific data and experimental results to identify trends, draw conclusions, and make recommendations.
  • Apply scientific principles, methodologies, and discipline-specific knowledge to research and development projects.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate documentation of research activities, findings, and study results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support research initiatives and project goals.
  • Exercise professional judgment in evaluating data, troubleshooting issues, and supporting decision-making processes.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to established procedures, protocols, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s, Master’s, or equivalent degree in Biology, Biomedical Sciences, Clinical Sciences, Life Sciences, or a related scientific discipline.
  • Foundational understanding of clinical research, scientific methods, and research and development principles.
  • Ability to analyze scientific data and communicate findings effectively.
  • Knowledge of laboratory, clinical, or research procedures relevant to the assigned area of responsibility.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to make sound judgments based on scientific principles, established practices, and available data.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a collaborative environment.
