Sales Operations Analyst

Requirements
  • Support the complete Quote-to-Cash lifecycle, including quote creation, order fulfillment, billing, and revenue recognition.
  • Maintain data integrity across customer master data, pricing, and order management processes in SAP.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve workflow and system issues that impact business operations.
  • Support SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) and Material Management (MM) processes and functionality.
  • Work with standard SAP transactions, including MM01, XD01, VA01, and VF01.
  • Support system enhancements, data migration activities, and post-go-live stabilization efforts.
  • Administer and support Salesforce, including Lightning UI and Sales Cloud.
  • Manage Salesforce user permissions, custom fields, reports, and data hygiene.
  • Perform and support data imports and exports using Salesforce Data Loader or similar data tools.
  • Support go-live readiness, data validation, and quality assurance activities during system migrations.
  • Maintain accuracy and consistency when working with large datasets.
  • Analyze factual information to identify and resolve operational and system-related issues.
  • Develop and maintain process and system documentation.
  • Manage multiple simultaneous requests, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Finance, technical teams, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Work independently and as part of a team in fast-paced and changing environments.
Qualifications
  • University degree or equivalent practical knowledge gained through experience.
  • Minimum of 2 or more years of relevant professional experience.
  • 3–5 years of practical experience managing end-to-end Quote-to-Cash processes.
  • Strong functional knowledge of SAP SD and SAP MM.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce administration.
  • Experience with Salesforce Lightning UI and Sales Cloud.
  • Experience with Salesforce Data Loader or similar data tools.
  • Experience supporting data migration, data validation, and system go-live activities.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, documentation, and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to make evaluative judgments based on factual information.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA, IDocs, BAPIs, or other integration mechanisms is highly valued.
  • Exposure to Salesforce CPQ or similar configurators is a plus.
  • Understanding of compliance requirements related to master data and revenue recognition is preferred.
  • Knowledge of data governance and system integration best practices is preferred.
