Product Environmental Compliance Coordinator
6-Month Contract
Hybrid in: Flower Mound, TX/San Jose, CA/Portage, MI
Must be able to work on a W2
 
Responsibilities
  • Support the Product Environmental Compliance program by helping ensure products meet global environmental regulations, including RoHS, REACH, POPs, WEEE, and California Proposition 65.
  • Extract, reconcile, and maintain compliance data from multiple systems.
  • Perform data mining, data entry, report generation, and report organization.
  • Prepare and manage submissions to third-party compliance evidence providers.
  • Coordinate day-to-day communication, data submissions, and analysis with third-party vendors.
  • Conduct supplier outreach to obtain and review environmental compliance documentation.
  • Research and respond to customer and sales-related environmental compliance inquiries.
  • Revise and maintain compliance documentation.
  • Support non-conformance investigations and corrective actions.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to organize and execute project activities.
  • Track project progress and prepare reports to support decision-making.
  • Independently manage daily activities while balancing multiple projects and deadlines.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, IF formulas, and other advanced functions.
  • Experience with data management, including data mining, reporting, data reconciliation, and analysis.
  • Experience coordinating projects and managing multiple priorities.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage changing priorities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Power BI knowledge is a plus.
  • Background in data, analytics, computer science, or a related field is preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external suppliers.
