Responsibilities
- Support the Product Environmental Compliance program by helping ensure products meet global environmental regulations, including RoHS, REACH, POPs, WEEE, and California Proposition 65.
- Extract, reconcile, and maintain compliance data from multiple systems.
- Perform data mining, data entry, report generation, and report organization.
- Prepare and manage submissions to third-party compliance evidence providers.
- Coordinate day-to-day communication, data submissions, and analysis with third-party vendors.
- Conduct supplier outreach to obtain and review environmental compliance documentation.
- Research and respond to customer and sales-related environmental compliance inquiries.
- Revise and maintain compliance documentation.
- Support non-conformance investigations and corrective actions.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to organize and execute project activities.
- Track project progress and prepare reports to support decision-making.
- Independently manage daily activities while balancing multiple projects and deadlines.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, IF formulas, and other advanced functions.
- Experience with data management, including data mining, reporting, data reconciliation, and analysis.
- Experience coordinating projects and managing multiple priorities.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage changing priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Power BI knowledge is a plus.
- Background in data, analytics, computer science, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external suppliers.
