SUMMARY
Our client, a organization focused on life sciences, has engaged GForce Life Sciences to provide a Business Analyst III. This position will support the Global Quality Process Excellence and Risk Management team by monitoring and analyzing the health and effectiveness of the Quality Management System (QMS). The role involves evaluating quality performance through data metrics, process indicators, and risk signals to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for continuous improvement.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor and analyze QMS performance using quality metrics, KPIs, and risk indicators.
• Identify trends, emerging risks, and opportunities through data analysis and develop insights to support quality decision-making.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc performance reports for leadership and governance forums.
• Support development of a standardized Quality Risk Management framework, including risk assessments, reporting, and mitigation tracking.
• Maintain risk registers, key risk indicators (KRIs), and reporting mechanisms.
• Support the ongoing improvement of the Global Quality Dashboard by defining KPI and KRI standards, ensuring data quality, and aligning reporting practices.
• Collaborate with business and IT teams to ensure reporting solutions meet organizational needs.
• Validate AI-generated outputs and insights for accuracy and relevance.
• Assist in identifying opportunities where AI and automation can enhance quality monitoring, reporting, and risk detection.
• Support quality operations compliance by monitoring records, CAPAs, investigations, and findings to ensure timeliness.
• Provide insights for governance reviews and promote standardization of quality processes across the organization.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

• 5-8 years of experience in quality systems, business intelligence, risk management, and performance analytics.
• Proven expertise in developing executive dashboards, KPI and KRI management, trend analysis, and supporting global Quality Management Systems.
• Experience with Power BI, SQL, data governance, risk management frameworks, and AI-enabled analytics is strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with a risk-based mindset.
• Familiarity with automation and reporting tools.
