12-month Contract
Remote- EST Hours Required
Pay Rate: Starting at $100/hr


Requirements
  • Provide professional program management for two or more complex development programs.
  • Manage project information for assigned projects and develop and maintain strong relationships with other functions to foster positive interactions and support desired project outcomes.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of cross-functional global drug development plans (GDDP), including strategic assessment of budgets and timelines.
  • Support development alliance management activities based on program requirements.
  • Support quarterly forecasts and manage scope, timeline, and financial changes by tracking variances at the program level.
  • Maintain project actions, risks, decisions, and issues (ADRI) logs for project team interactions.
  • Understand clinical, regulatory, and commercial requirements for early- and late-stage drug development.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of clinical operations and the regulatory process.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of CMC aspects of drug development.
  • Understand global drug development, registration, and market launch requirements.
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of each functional area’s role and contribution to the development process.
  • Demonstrate familiarity with IT solutions integrated into the healthcare and pharmaceutical business, including MS Project and Planisware.
  • Coordinate and facilitate meetings.
  • Communicate effectively in a remote/virtual environment in an open, balanced, and objective manner.
  • Maintain diverse, balanced, and effective teams.
  • Demonstrate flexibility when approaching process changes, technology, and new responsibilities with an open and curious mindset.
  • Understand the importance of potential outcomes and take them into consideration when utilizing, sourcing, and processing information.
  • Work creatively within predefined standards.
  • Understand strategic change management and initiate application as appropriate.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrate solid computer skills with MS Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

  • Work fully remotely on East Coast time.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 10+ years of project management experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
  • Candidates newer to the industry may be considered for task- and tool-based roles.
  • End-to-end drug development experience preferred.
  • Clinical or regulatory project management experience may be considered.
  • Drug or product development experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Planisware is a plus.
  • Familiarity with MS Project is required.
  • Familiarity with CMC processes is a plus.
