Required Skills:
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and delegate effectively
- Excellent analytical and evaluative judgment based on factual data
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Professional knowledge in engineering, with applied experience in regulated industries such as medical devices
- Strong communication skills for managing internal teams and external contractors
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience in managing projects within the biomedical or related regulated sectors
- Familiarity with project management software tools
- Additional certifications such as CAPM or PMP (Pmp Certification preferred)
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, BioMedical Engineering, Materials Science, or a similar technical discipline
- 4+ years of relevant experience in the medical device or similarly regulated industry
Other Requirements:
- PMP Certification is highly preferred
- Ability to work independently and use sound judgment in complex situations
- Willingness to coordinate with external contractors and stakeholders
