Project Coordinator 12-month Contract Remote- EST hours
SUMMARY Our client, a life sciences organization, has engaged GForce Life Sciences to provide a Project Coordinator II. This position will support the Process Excellence and Risk Management team by coordinating meetings, maintaining project plans, tracking initiative progress, and supporting process documentation and continuous improvement efforts. DUTIES / EXPECTATIONS OF ROLE
Support the team by coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, presentations, governance materials, and follow-up actions.
Maintain and update project plans, timelines, milestone trackers, and action logs for Process Excellence and Risk Management initiatives.
Track project risks, issues, dependencies, and decisions, ensuring visibility and escalation when needed.
Monitor project deliverables and proactively follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of commitments.
Produce status reports, dashboards, and governance materials highlighting progress, risks, and milestones.
Facilitate process discovery sessions with stakeholders to capture current and future processes, creating process maps and workflow documentation.
Document process requirements, roles, responsibilities, inputs, outputs, controls, and dependencies.
Develop and maintain a centralized repository of process documentation, procedures, templates, and standards.
Support process standardization initiatives by aligning processes across functions and teams.
Assist in identifying process improvement opportunities and tracking their implementation.
Develop executive-ready presentations and communications for leadership and stakeholder meetings.
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
4-7 years of experience in project coordination, project management, process improvement, or related fields.
Proven experience supporting cross-functional initiatives and working with diverse stakeholder groups.
Proficiency in process mapping, project management, and reporting tools.
Strong organizational, analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
NICE TO HAVE
Lean Six Sigma, PMP, CAPM, or similar certification.
Experience supporting Process Excellence, Continuous Improvement, Risk Management, PMO, or Operational Excellence initiatives.
Experience working in a regulated industry environment.
