Key Responsibilities
- Gather and manage product composition data to support SDS creation for finished products and intermediates
- Maintain and update SDS documentation and product safety systems
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure product safety requirements are integrated into processes
- Assess product and material impacts related to product stewardship and regulatory compliance
- Support development of standardized templates, processes, and long-term product safety strategies
- Manage multiple projects and timelines while ensuring accuracy and compliance
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field (advanced degree preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, or related industry
- Experience with Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and product safety/regulatory compliance
- Strong project management and cross-functional coordination skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
