Pay Rate: Starting at $60/hr


Position Summary
The Manager, Business Process Excellence provides hands-on support to develop and strengthen the Operations operating model and process frameworks that underpin the integrated management system.
This role partners with process owners, leveraging industry-standard frameworks and Business Process Management (BPM) best practices, to define process architecture, standardize process design, and establish process performance governance.
Requirements
  • Collaborate with key functions to identify current processes, map to process frameworks, and assess process maturity.
  • Define and govern standards for process hierarchy, taxonomy, and BPMN-aligned process mapping.
  • Facilitate workshops to discover, analyze, design, and document business processes.
  • Design governance mechanisms to establish performance measures and review process performance, effectively monitoring and controlling implemented standards.
  • Identify and support delivery of targeted process improvement opportunities.
  • Support effective use of enabling systems and ensure compliance with applicable regulations, quality requirements, and industry standards.
  • Hybrid role with on-site presence expected three days per week.
  • Travel expected up to 15%.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 8–10 years of experience in operations, supply chain management, technical operations, and/or business process management.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, SAP Signavio, or similar process mapping tools, as well as document and learning management systems.
Skills
  • Process mapping and modeling using standardized frameworks (e.g., BPMN).
  • Facilitating cross-functional workshops and improvement initiatives.
