Lead Analyst, R&D Technical Writing
12-month Contract
Remote- San Francisco, CA
Must be able to work on a W2

Requirements
  • Assist in the timely development and completion of clinical reports, summary documents, package inserts, and other technical documents
  • May oversee the electronic regulatory submission process
  • Oversee and provide recommendations for the development of formats and documentation guidelines
  • Provide guidance and direction for the completion and development of clinical and pre-clinical documents
  • Ensure effective planning and management of timelines for all aspects of technical documentation
  • Remediate IFUs and labels to align with latest EU MDR regulations and standards
  • Support CE Mark removal activities
  • Support product lifecycle management activities
  • Lead redline creation in Adobe
  • Lead IFU updates within DITA XML and content management platforms (preferred experience: Arbortext/Windchill)
  • Lead label updates within labeling design systems (preferred experience: Prisym GLS)
  • Lead change control activities in PLM systems (preferred experience: Oracle Agile)
  • Work independently with minimal supervision while applying professional expertise and judgment
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
  • Minimum of 4 or more years of applicable work experience
  • Professional mastery of a specialized technical field
  • Substantial applicable work experience to supplement formal education
  • Ability to apply principles and concepts of a technical discipline to resolve issues as they arise
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to make evaluative judgments based on analysis of factual information
