Requirements
- Assist in the timely development and completion of clinical reports, summary documents, package inserts, and other technical documents
- May oversee the electronic regulatory submission process
- Oversee and provide recommendations for the development of formats and documentation guidelines
- Provide guidance and direction for the completion and development of clinical and pre-clinical documents
- Ensure effective planning and management of timelines for all aspects of technical documentation
- Remediate IFUs and labels to align with latest EU MDR regulations and standards
- Support CE Mark removal activities
- Support product lifecycle management activities
- Lead redline creation in Adobe
- Lead IFU updates within DITA XML and content management platforms (preferred experience: Arbortext/Windchill)
- Lead label updates within labeling design systems (preferred experience: Prisym GLS)
- Lead change control activities in PLM systems (preferred experience: Oracle Agile)
- Work independently with minimal supervision while applying professional expertise and judgment
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
- Minimum of 4 or more years of applicable work experience
- Professional mastery of a specialized technical field
- Substantial applicable work experience to supplement formal education
- Ability to apply principles and concepts of a technical discipline to resolve issues as they arise
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to make evaluative judgments based on analysis of factual information
