Summary
Our client is seeking a Change Management Analyst to support a large-scale enterprise transformation program. This role will partner with the Change Management team, Project Managers, and business stakeholders to help drive organizational readiness, analyze change impacts, and support communication and business enablement activities across multiple deployments. The ideal candidate is analytical, highly organized, and comfortable working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
  • Support the Change Management team in identifying, documenting, and analyzing business change impacts across multiple business groups.
  • Track change management activities and mitigation actions to ensure completion and successful adoption.
  • Assist Change Leads in coordinating and maintaining business enablement activities and deployment event calendars.
  • Analyze data related to stakeholder assessments, change impacts, organizational readiness, and change activities to provide actionable insights.
  • Maintain and distribute stakeholder and change impact information to deployment teams and project stakeholders.
  • Support organizational readiness assessments through surveys, focus groups, and other feedback mechanisms.
  • Assist with execution and tracking of communication plans to promote stakeholder engagement and user adoption.
  • Partner with Change Leads, Project Managers, and business teams to ensure alignment across deployment activities.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates on change management deliverables.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate change management metrics and project status.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 3+ years of professional experience, with at least 1 year supporting organizational change initiatives or transformation programs.
  • Experience with change management methodologies, principles, and tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using Excel and reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across multiple departments and organizational levels.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience supporting enterprise-wide projects or large business transformations.
  • ERP implementation experience is preferred.
