Lead Analyst, Configurator

Requirements
  • Create, update, and maintain product master data systems for the variant configurator to support implementation of variants and Bills of Material (BOMs) in the Order to Cash process.
  • Modify, adapt, and implement short- and long-term solutions to IT needs through new and existing applications, systems architecture, network systems, and applications infrastructure supporting material master data and the variant configurator.
  • Perform ERP data cleanup for Material Master attributes and Bills of Material/attributes associated with the variant configurator.
  • Review system requirements, business processes, code, testing, debugging, validation, and software solution implementation related to the variant configurator.
  • Update existing procedures and create new procedures and processes for the variant configurator.
  • Train users on the utilization of the variant configurator and support implementation of system changes.
  • Establish and enforce data governance policies and procedures to ensure configurator data accuracy and compliance requirements.
  • Serve as Process Owner for configurator processes.
  • Execute small process and technology projects to add, correct, update, and maintain required production/configurator, regulatory (UDI, ACE, PMA, MDD, etc.), and product master data attributes supporting the Order to Cash process.
  • Maintain accurate variant configurator logic for item master data, product structures, and questionnaires for existing and new configured products.
  • Generate accurate and consistent BOM structures while updating configurator logic and rules to support domestic and international operations.
  • Generate supporting data including routings, UPNs, and regulatory item master attributes (UDI, ACE, PMA, MDD, IEC) to support production realization and Order to Cash processing.
  • Analyze, define, and develop documentation control methodologies supporting the configurator.
  • Submit requests to Material Data Management teams for variant setup within the commercial ERP.
  • Execute test protocols for IT projects related to configurator and master data.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Extensive experience in a specialized field with advanced professional or technical expertise.
  • Advanced college degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience implementing and/or configuring ERP systems.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
  • Experience with lean process development.
