FCW Program Manager IV
12-month Contract
Remote- Local to Princeton, NJ or EST Hours

Requirements
  • Manage the full lifecycle of contingent workers, including sourcing, supplier management, onboarding, extensions, compliance, reporting, and offboarding.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand contract staffing needs and translate them into clear, well-scoped requisitions within a VMS.
  • Provide strategic sourcing guidance and best practices on sourcing strategies and operational processes.
  • Review candidate submissions, coordinate interviews, extend offers, and guide stakeholders through onboarding procedures.
  • Build and maintain supplier relationships throughout the contingent workforce lifecycle, including sourcing, selection, onboarding, offboarding, and invoicing.
  • Negotiate terms and rates with suppliers in alignment with program standards.
  • Track supplier performance against established SLAs and proactively address issues.
  • Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and billing concerns.
  • Manage contract worker extensions and terminations while tracking tenure to adhere to program policies.
  • Support annual renewal cycles and event-driven needs such as equipment provisioning through ServiceNow.
  • Maintain accurate records of workforce activity and ensure compliance with organizational policies.
  • Generate and interpret reports using Workday and VMS platforms to monitor program activity and workforce metrics.
  • Compile reports on requisition activity, headcount, spend, cycle times, and other KPIs using Excel, including pivot tables and advanced formulas.
  • Assist with preparing monthly leadership reports.
  • Identify and address risks related to contracts, finance, and compliance, escalating issues when appropriate.
  • Handle sensitive worker and vendor data with confidentiality and care.
  • Lead initiatives to streamline processes, reduce manual effort, and enhance control mechanisms.
  • Support ongoing program improvements and ad hoc projects focused on efficiency and compliance.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in the contingent workforce industry, including client-side, supplier-side, or MSP/VMS experience.
  • Experience with Beeline strongly preferred; experience with other VMS platforms considered.
  • Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, lookups, and complex formulas.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment.
  • Proven problem-solving skills with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to advise senior stakeholders with credibility and professionalism.
  • Ability to work independently with sound judgment and appropriate escalation.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience with Workday or similar HRIS platforms preferred.
  • Background in pharmaceutical, biotech, or other regulated industries preferred.
  • Familiarity with procurement systems and requisition and purchase order processes, such as Ariba, preferred.
  • Experience supporting contingent workforce policies, tenure, and compliance preferred.
  • Prior in-house program management experience, as opposed to outsourced MSP models, preferred.
