Data Analyst (PLM) – Contract
Location: Redmond, WA (Hybrid)
Duration: Contract
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to support a Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system implementation initiative. In this role, you will help ensure the accuracy, integrity, and successful migration of critical product data by partnering with cross-functional teams to validate, cleanse, analyze, and maintain data across multiple systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Support data migration activities related to Bills of Material (BOMs), parts, and associated documentation within a PLM environment.
- Validate and verify data prior to and following system data loads to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Partner with stakeholders to understand business requirements and data needs.
- Assist with data cleanup and maintenance activities across PLM and ERP systems.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations using tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across multiple systems.
- Help improve reporting efficiency and support automation of manual processes where appropriate.
- Create and maintain documentation, work instructions, and process-related materials.
- Collaborate with business users and IT teams to support implementation activities and ongoing enhancements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 1–3 years of experience in a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Excel and experience working with data analysis tools such as SQL, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Ability to interpret complex data and communicate findings clearly to diverse audiences.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Experience working with PLM systems, ERP systems, or enterprise applications is preferred.
- Experience with Windchill or other Product Lifecycle Management platforms is a plus.
Work Schedule
- Hybrid schedule: Onsite Monday–Wednesday; remote Thursday–Friday.
