SUMMARY

Our client has engaged GForce Life Sciences to provide a Compliance Data Analyst. This position will support the Transparency Aggregate Spend function and assist with data management, remediation, reconciliation, quality reviews, and reporting activities related to U.S. federal, state, and European transparency disclosure requirements. The role ensures healthcare spend data is collected, validated, and reported accurately and timely.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the collection, aggregation, validation, remediation, and reporting of transparency data to meet federal, state, and European disclosure requirements.
  • Review, analyze, cleanse, and reconcile complex datasets, identifying anomalies, trends, and data quality issues.
  • Investigate root causes of discrepancies and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues.
  • Perform data quality reviews and execute remediation activities to ensure the completeness, accuracy, and integrity of transparency reporting data.
  • Use transparency reporting systems and compliance tools to support data collection, processing, monitoring, and reporting activities.
  • Monitor error and exception reports, investigate system alerts, and implement corrections to ensure data accuracy.
  • Verify healthcare professional licenses through applicable state licensing boards, ensuring adherence to state-specific transparency requirements.
  • Assist in the preparation, review, and submission of federal, state, and EFPIA transparency disclosure reports.
  • Develop, document, and maintain standard operating procedures, work instructions, and process documentation for transparency activities.
  • Support audits, monitoring activities, and compliance reviews by providing data analysis, documentation, and reporting support.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis, data management, compliance operations, transparency reporting, or related fields.
  • Experience analyzing large datasets, performing validation, reconciliation, and remediation activities.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, formulas, lookups, filtering, pivot tables, and reporting.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills with exceptional attention to detail.

NICE TO HAVE

  • Familiarity with the U.S. Open Payments Sunshine Act program and transparency reporting requirements.
  • Knowledge of state transparency disclosure requirements and reporting obligations.
  • Experience with the EFPIA Disclosure Code and European transparency reporting standards.
  • Experience working with transparency reporting platforms, expense management systems, and related technologies (e.g., Concur, aggregate spend platforms, CRM systems).
  • Life sciences industry experience preferred.
