Requirements:
- Lead end-to-end project management activities for system implementations, including planning, execution, and delivery
- Manage cross-functional teams and coordinate activities across internal stakeholders
- Develop and maintain project timelines, schedules, and budgets
- Oversee implementation of clinical systems, including eTMF, CTMS, and eCOA
- Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with scope, timelines, and budget constraints
- Facilitate project meetings and ensure clear communication across teams
- Interface with internal customers and departmental personnel to support project objectives
- Apply knowledge of clinical trial processes in project execution
- Ensure adherence to applicable regulations and standards, including ISO 14155 and Good Clinical Practice (GCP)
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of project or program management experience
- Experience supporting or leading Medidata implementations (e.g., Rave, eTMF, CTMS, eCOA)
- Knowledge of clinical trial processes and clinical operations
- Familiarity with ISO 14155 and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines
- Experience managing cross-functional projects with minimal supervision
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to apply professional judgment and problem-solving skills in a dynamic environment
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
