Pay Rate: starting at $50/hr


Requirements
  • Develop and implement internal communication strategies that align with business objectives, culture, and organizational values.
  • Partner with project management and cross-functional teams to plan, develop, implement, and evaluate strategic internal communications.
  • Create, edit, and coordinate the distribution of internal communications through newsletters, intranet, email, webcasts, employee meetings, and other communication channels.
  • Develop communication standards and style guidelines to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
  • Evaluate communication materials for audience fit and comprehension.
  • Implement metrics to measure the effectiveness of communication plans and initiatives.
  • Support training initiatives by developing training communications, managing training schedules, and coordinating follow-up communications.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining strong attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
  • Proactively identify issues and implement solutions with minimal direction.
  • Apply analytical and evaluative judgment to prioritize, analyze, and communicate complex information.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in communications.
  • Experience developing and executing change management communications for Learning Management System (LMS) training programs.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple overlapping projects simultaneously.
  • Self-starter with strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to effectively manage workload and priorities.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS); familiarity with ComplianceWire is preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint), SharePoint, Adobe Acrobat, and Smartsheet.
  • Medical device industry experience is not required; communications and LMS experience are the primary qualifications.
