Position Summary Our client is hiring a Coordinator, Contracts & Pricing to support customer contracts, pricing programs, and quotation processes. This role will help coordinate pricing and contract approvals, support the quote-to-cash process, and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and commercial processes.
Responsibilities
Review, maintain, and track customer contracts and commercial agreements.
Ensure contract terms, pricing schedules, and service commitments are accurately documented.
Support contract renewals, amendments, and extensions.
Maintain customer pricing files, discount structures, and pricing matrices.
Validate pricing across quotes, proposals, and contract agreements.
Support special pricing requests, discount approvals, and commercial exceptions.
Generate and review customer quotes based on approved pricing and contract terms.
Support the quote-to-cash process from opportunity through order execution.
Maintain contract, pricing, and customer data within CRM and CPQ systems.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity across commercial platforms.
Assist with system testing, process improvements, and implementation of new tools.
Develop and maintain SOPs related to contracts and pricing.
Partner with Sales to support customer opportunities and pricing requests.
Collaborate with Finance to align pricing decisions with revenue objectives.
Coordinate with Operations and Service teams to ensure fulfillment aligns with contractual commitments.
Prepare reports related to pricing performance, contract renewals, and quote activity.
Analyze trends, identify process gaps, and recommend improvements.
Support forecasting, tracking, and performance metrics.
Maintain documentation and audit records as required.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Experience in sales operations, pricing, contracts, customer support, commercial operations, or a related function.
Strong analytical and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics preferred.
Experience with CPQ systems preferred.
Knowledge of contract administration and pricing processes preferred.
Experience supporting cross-functional business operations preferred.
Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle preferred.
